Job Overview

This role involves guiding the sales process from quotation to order execution, ensuring successful deal closure for machine lines or complete plants. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, coordinating, and/or technical roles and be proficient in English and Dutch. Proficiency in a third language is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management: oversee sales projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and profitable completion.
  • Collaboration: work closely with Front Line Sales, agents, and internal stakeholders to create quotes that meet customer needs.
  • Budget monitoring: track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Initiative and responsibility: take ownership of projects, make key decisions, and drive results.
  • Communication: effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical and/or commercial field.
  • Several years of experience in commercial, coordinating, and/or technical roles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take initiative and assume responsibility.
  • Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary Range:

€80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
