Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Search Product Strategist to lead the development of our search and personalized ranking systems. You will be responsible for combining user research and data analysis to create a tailored shopping experience that leverages the unique advantages of our app-only supermarket.
Key Responsibilities
- Talk to customers and analyze search data to uncover opportunities and define a product roadmap that aligns user needs and business goals
- Optimize search relevance by refining our search pipeline and recommendation models, working closely with engineers and data analysts
- Collaborate with UX designers and researchers to map customer journeys and design features that help users formulate queries and navigate search results easily
- Build and support a highly effective team in a rapidly growing organization together with your technical counterpart
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a product-led organization, ideally as a Product Analyst or Product Owner, or within search or recommendation systems
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the mindset of having data & tech at the core of everything you do
- Deep passion for shipping great products with great user experiences
- Solid interpersonal and collaborative skills to interact with different stakeholders
- An EU working permit or citizenship
