Payroll Specialist for German Clients in the Netherlands

About Our Company

Our company, Avomind, is a network organization that supports businesses in Germany and the Netherlands. We connect entrepreneurs, provide legal advice, assist with staffing, and handle payroll administration for over 250 clients.

We have a strong network of relationships and client partnerships, as well as 1,500 member companies. Our payroll accounting department is growing, and we are looking for a new team member to advise German companies on remuneration for their employees in the Netherlands.

Your Tasks
  • You will manage your own portfolio of clients and ensure accurate processing of their data.
  • You will advise new and existing clients on payroll matters for their personnel in the Netherlands.
  • This is an independent position, but you can always count on the support of your colleagues and opportunities for growth.
  • You will regularly communicate with employers on HR, pension, and salary issues.
  • You will be supported by our lawyers and pension and insurance professionals.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary between €3,300 and €4,800 per month, plus 8% holiday allowance and 4% end-of-year bonus based on 39.5 hours.

  • Frequent company outings and other activities.
Key Requirements
  • You have completed a diploma with a focus on payroll administration (e.g., VPS, BKL, PDL, Markus Verbeek Praehep).
  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration and are ready for a new challenge.
  • You have experience handling payroll administration for various clients.
  • You speak Dutch at a mother tongue level and are motivated to learn German. We will support you in this with an individual language course.
  • You like to take the initiative, are helpful, and have a structured way of working.
