Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, and experience with network and server administration is required. The Customer Experience Resolution Professional will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting with product installation and configuration, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. They should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
