Mechanic Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the construction and service of hydraulic systems, working with cutting-edge technologies and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision measurements to determine the correct location and position of equipment, ensuring accurate assembly.
- Apply construction techniques such as welding, bolting, riveting, or adhesive application, selecting the most suitable method for each specific situation.
- Utilize material knowledge including metals, plastics, or composite materials, understanding how to securely fasten them.
- Adhere to standards and regulations such as safety protocols, load standards, and other relevant guidelines to ensure installations meet required standards.
- Familiarize yourself with attachment methods specific to trucks and trailers, such as frame attachments, suspension systems, or attachment of body components.
- Read and comprehend technical documentation and instructions.
- Understand electrical connections and integrate electrical circuits with the vehicle.
- Develop knowledge of vehicle technology, including braking systems, electronics, and communication systems.
- Gain understanding or willingness to develop understanding of hydraulic systems, including principles of pressure, flow, valves, pumps, cylinders, and hoses.
Requirements
- Minimum of a vocational degree (level 3), preferably in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems.
- Welding, MIG/MAG level 2 is advantageous.
- Familiarity with NEN 3140 standards is advantageous.
