As a Corporate Services Legal Manager, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that reflect the complexity of our clientele. Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Strategic Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance to clients and prospective clients, focusing on the analysis and interpretation of legal documents, regulations, and procedures relevant to their legal and fiscal options.
  • Product Evaluation: Assess our integrated service offerings and oversee the establishment and management of corporate and private legal frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a crucial intermediary among all pertinent stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate as a core member of our team, contributing to the maintenance of our esteemed reputation as a proactive provider in trust and corporate services.
Candidate Profile

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Dutch Corporate, Fiscal, Notary, or Private Law, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.

  • Have demonstrated experience in financial or legal services.
