In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and managing field service projects for pumps and other rotating equipment. This may involve site visits to evaluate safety, defining required personnel, equipment, and tools, and providing technical support and training as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out site visits to assess site circumstances in terms of safety, define necessary personnel, equipment, and tools, and required training
  • Prepare cost estimates and define schedules according to specifications, including required lease personnel and sub-suppliers, and prepare all documentation for tendering engineers
  • Provide technical support and training as necessary
  • Establish safe and proper work areas, provide regular training for field service staff, and adhere to all safety requirements

Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic or comparable training/experience
  • Relevant professional experience in the service of pumps, compressors, or other rotating machinery
  • Able to perform proper planning, technical support, and negotiation with customers and suppliers
  • High level of customer and service orientation, flexibility, and accuracy
  • Valid driver's license (car)
  • Good command of English and Dutch (additional languages a plus)
