Job Title: Director, OTC Portfolio and Innovation Leader

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our OTC Portfolio and Innovation team. As a key member of our Consumer Healthcare leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our global OTC product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of OTC product strategy and pipeline, identifying new opportunities by leveraging market trends, consumer insights, and technological advancements to drive competitive advantage.

* Manage and inspire cross-functional teams, including R&D, medical, regulatory, sales, manufacturing and supply chain to ensure execution of strategic initiatives.

* Oversee the global OTC portfolio, ensuring the portfolio remains agile and strategically aligned with the OTC strategy.

* Spearhead global strategic initiatives and manage the planning process with key markets across the world.

Requirements:

* At least 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical product development, with a strong track record in OTC products.

* Proven strategic and collaborative leadership, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

* Expertise in global OTC product development and portfolio management, with familiarity with global regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
