About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our OTC Sales and E-commerce team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our OTC sales channel strategy, including e-commerce and mass market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive OTC sales strategy, ensuring the right selling capacity, customer targeting, and capability to win in key channels.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and decide on sales investments to maximize business impact.
  • Collaborate with country sales leaders to execute the sales strategy in markets, deliver sales targets, and build capability required to deliver sales activities.
  • Engage key countries on sales intervention and investments to share expertise and ensure standard execution required to step-change performance.
  • Ensure Sales Force Efficiency analysis is conducted and refreshed in key markets, ensuring selling is smartly deployed to deliver the highest return at optimal efficiency.
  • Design and deploy commercial and professional customer and category toolboxes to all markets for key brands that are multi-country.
  • Develop the regions training strategy and plan to improve face-to-face and Key Account selling and commercial excellence.
  • Ensure trade principles and pricing strategy is in place in all markets, makes necessary interventions to ensure compliance, and delivers trade spending efficiencies.
  • Ensure the right commercial management of regional key accounts and industry associations.
  • Identify pilots and alternative more cost-effective approaches to connect and increase business with customers.
  • Establish measurement and tracking systems in alignment with the markets, ensuring selling is continually directed to deliver targets.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading the delivery of outstanding results with large sales organizations. You should have a solid healthcare background and previous assignments in design and delivery roles. Excellent leadership and initiative skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate and influence effectively. Proficiency in e-commerce and mass market channel expertise within consumer healthcare is also required.
