We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Damen Shipyards. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT business systems, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement business application solutions through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage the integration of different business systems to enhance efficiency and streamline business processes and data flow across Damen Naval.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and information.
- Develop and manage the IT budget for business systems, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- 7+ years of experience in IT business system management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in an IT or similar technical study.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, services, and regulations.
- Good command of the English language, and preferably also Dutch language (written & verbal).
- EU citizenship or valid EU work visa is required.
- Working from home policy.
- Bicycle plan.
- Company fitness.
