Bij Customs Support zijn we op zoek naar een Intelligent Automation Specialist om ons team te versterken in Rotterdam. In deze rol krijg je de kans om je te verdiepen in de wereld van intelligente automatisering en bij te dragen aan de optimalisatie van onze processen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Je leert en begrijpt de tools die we gebruiken binnen Lobster Academy, waaronder Lobster, Regex en Docparser Met begeleiding van ons team bouw je intelligente automatiseringen die onze bedrijfsprocessen efficiënter maken Je leert in te schatten wanneer een automatisering de moeite waard is om uit te voeren en wanneer niet Je helpt onze collega's (declaranten) bij Customs Support om digitalisering beter te begrijpen en toe te passen in hun werk Je signaleert en analyseert mogelijkheden voor automatisering binnen de organisatie Je werkt nauw samen met onze operations teams om intelligente automatiseringen te ontwikkelen en te implementeren Je zoekt, begrijpt en lost fouten op die optreden in onze systemen en processen

Wat breng jij mee?

Een basiskennis van intelligente automatisering en een sterke interesse om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen. Analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen. Communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende teams binnen de organisatie. Interesse in digitalisering en automatisering, en de motivatie om nieuwe technologieën en tools te leren.
