We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Excellence Engineer - Renewable Energy Solutions to join our global team at Neste in Rotterdam Maasvlakte.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will involve developing and implementing reliability strategies that drive business outcomes, ensuring safe and sustainable operations, and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and promote a strong reliability culture at site, emphasizing accountability, cooperation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement fit-for-purpose work processes that guide the organization to apply key reliability principles when designing, operating, and maintaining equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement of asset availability and minimize equipment life cycle cost through effective cross-functional collaboration and risk-based decision-making.
- Foster a learning environment at site, promoting strong cross-site collaboration with other RPP sites.
- Promote the use of reliability fundamental principles, tools, and methodologies, including RCA, FMEA, RCM, Benefit-to-Cost analysis, LCCA, and others.
- Collaborate with process safety engineers and operations engineers in risk assessments (both HSE & financial), conducting vulnerability studies as needed, and managing discovered work/risks.
- Masters degree in engineering
- Minimum 8 years' experience in the Oil & Gas or Chemical industry with 5+ years in operational roles
- Applied knowledge of reliability fundamental principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience in Risk Management applied to process integrity and asset management
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
