At ASML, we are dedicated to pioneering cutting-edge semiconductor technology. As a Strategic Talent Development Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing our global workforce.

About the Role

This position is part of the HR Talent Management team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Management. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing activities within the annual talent cycle, focusing on Performance Management and Talent & Succession Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, coordinate, and execute phases of Talent Management processes, including the annual Develop & Perform cycle and Talent & Succession Management stages.
  • Collaborate with Process Owners and Product Owners to analyze data, identify potential improvements, and implement concrete initiatives for global processes and tooling.
  • Provide expert advisory services to Process and Product owners, supporting manager decision-making and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and refine training materials, workshops, and communication content to inform Managers, Employees, and HR stakeholders about their roles and responsibilities within these processes.
  • Maintain training materials, plan sessions, and staff facilitators to ensure effective information dissemination.
  • Foster collaboration with Sector and Country Ambassadors and Coordinators to guarantee seamless execution of global processes within their respective business areas.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to evaluate process outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement and an enhanced experience for Managers, HR professionals, and Employees.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in Talent Management, preferably with at least 5 years of experience in international organizations. Your expertise should include HR consulting, HR Business Partnering, change management, and communication. A relevant academic background (HR Studies, Psychology, Business Studies, or other related fields) is also essential.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently, think critically, and manage competing priorities.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
