About the Role

We're looking for someone who can put smiles on faces of people who need it in order to expand our XR healthcare platform throughout the Netherlands. If you want to make an impact on the lives of patients and healthcare professionals, then you've come to the right place

As a XR Customer Success Specialist, you will work together with the Business Developers who do all the great work to get customers on board. That's when your job starts Next to that responsibility... everything that is necessary for SyncVR Medical becoming the largest medical XR platform in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make nurses incredibly happy and successful in using VR in their day-to-day practice
  • Turn at least 25 customers from 'average' to 'insanely happy' within the first 12 months
  • Implement XR technology in hospitals by providing training and managing a variety of hospital departments
  • Provide product insights from the market for our XR software development team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Able to provide great implementation support to nurses and physicians in hospitals
  • Speak Dutch fluently and knowledgeable about the Dutch healthcare market
  • Interested in (XR) technology
  • Used to working remotely
  • Keen to travel by public transport to visit customers

Benefits

The market-competitive salary range is €2750 - €4000 (gross, depending on your skills / experience). You also become part of our stock-option program through which you become a co-owner of SyncVR Medical.
