We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Superintendent to join our team at Seatrade Groningen BV. As a Technical Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our vessels, ensuring they perform safely, economically, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all technical and operational activities for assigned vessels
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
- Oversee repairs and dry-dockings, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
- Monitor and report on vessel performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless vessel operations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or as a Maritime Officer/Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Maritime discipline
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
