Bij EIFFEL zijn wij op zoek naar een Recruitment Business Partner die onze community van expertise en talent verder uitbreidt. Als Recruitment Business Partner speel je een strategische en dynamische rol in ons Talent Acquisition team. Je denkt actief mee over onze wervingsdoelstellingen en hoe we die kunnen realiseren.

Je taken
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele wervingsproces, van slimme zoektechnieken tot proactieve werving en het opbouwen van talentpools;
  • Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken en zorgt voor een uitstekende ervaring voor elke kandidaat;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onze Business Units en bouwt sterke relaties op met onze consultants;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van onze wervingsdoelstellingen.
Wat wij bieden
  • Een uitdagende fulltime functie op een centrale plek binnen onze organisatie;
  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de 3000 en 4200 euro, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en expertise;
  • Een onkostenvergoeding van 110 euro netto per maand;
  • Een flexibel mobiliteitsbeleid, met een leaseauto en/of OV kaart, of een maandelijks mobiliteitsbudget i.c.m. een kilometervergoeding;
