Omnichannel Supply Chain Strategist

The Omnichannel Supply Chain Strategist plays a pivotal role in designing and executing the Omnichannel Supply Chain strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and driving improvements across the organization.

This role requires a strong leader who can facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to deliver against agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Supply Chain efficiency in Omnichannel, leveraging their expertise to optimize processes and improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities include designing Supply Chain business plans, defining regional KPIs, managing outsourced operations, and holding third-party vendors accountable for delivering agreed-upon targets.

The Omnichannel Supply Chain Strategist will report to the Director of Omnichannel and work closely with the Global Omnichannel Business Unit to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Design and execute Supply Chain business plans, defining regional KPIs and prioritizing initiatives.
  • Manage outsourced operations, including logistics and warehousing, to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain management.
  • Hold third-party vendors accountable for delivering agreed-upon targets and KPIs.
  • Design and optimize DTC logistics operations across markets, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, E-commerce, Merchandise, and IT, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or consulting, with a minimum of 3 years in e-commerce.
  • Experience managing outsourced operations and holding third-party vendors accountable.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
