Job Opportunity: Lead Supply Chain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Supply Chain professional to join our team at Adecco.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, logistics, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
