Job Title: Omnichannel Supply Chain Manager

The Omnichannel Supply Chain Manager plays a critical role in designing and owning the Omnichannel Supply Chain strategy, defining priorities, facilitating improvements, and holding internal teams and external partners accountable for delivering against agreed KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing Supply Chain business plans and defining regional SC KPIs by pulling data from across the EU/Global to enable sense checking and prioritizing action plans across EU/Global or at market level.
  • Managing outsource partners JingDong Logistics (JDL) and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (HWL) who run the external E-commerce warehouse operations.
  • Holding 3rd parties accountable to deliver agreed targets and KPIs.
  • Designing, executing, and optimizing the DTC logistics operation across markets.
  • Aligning SC processes with Marketplaces and internal 3rd Parties team and defining appropriate KPIs.
  • Investigating, assessing, and leading optimization projects with JDL/HWL and internal teams.
  • Performing E2E Value Chain Analysis, Network optimization redesign, E2E Supply Chain implementation. Contributing to defining future requirements to improve user experience and lower delivery costs.
  • Actively collaborating with Customer Service, E-Commerce, Merchandise, Global Logistics, IT, Retail, and Marketplace teams: designing project roadmaps and aligning priorities and focus areas; designing and keeping track of e-Commerce Supply Chain Scorecard; keeping track of markets e-Commerce progress and holding teams accountable to deliver agreed SC KPIs; investigating and proposing Customer Service improvement initiatives; managing projects that are within the scope of driving Supply Chain or Customer Service efficiencies; conducting process improvement activities that build capabilities to drive growth in the e-Commerce channel.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years leadership experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or consulting with minimum 3 years into e-commerce.
  • Experience with managing outsourced operations.
  • Experience of working in a cross-boundary/multi-cultural environment, with a track record of developing high-performance, world-class teams.
  • Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Business/Logistics.
