Female x Finance is looking for a talented individual to join our Sales team as a Full Sales Funnel Specialist. This role offers the chance to make a real impact in transforming the finance industry by connecting ambitious female talent with verified finance companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the full sales funnel - generating leads, onboarding new partners through our Quality Mark, and building strong relationships with finance companies.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Management and Marketing teams to align messaging, share insights, and drive engagement with our growing community.
- Measure outreach effectiveness, report on key sales metrics, and continuously iterate on outbound approaches for maximum impact.
- 1-3 years of work experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (preferably in B2B, recruitment, HR tech, or finance-related industries).
- A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach to communication that builds trust and inspires potential clients.
- Fluency in English.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative, experiment with new approaches, and continuously optimize sales processes.
