Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team at Amsterdam Lake Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome
- Optimize guest experiences through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Manage guest challenges and inconveniences with empathy and efficiency
- Perform various administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Assist with food and beverage services, including ordering and serving
- Keep guests informed of local events and activities
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Experience with hotel reservation systems, preferably MEWS
- Previous working experience in a hotel environment
- A hospitable attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Independence and ability to work effectively in a team
