Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our hotel guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for welcoming, checking in and checking out guests, optimizing their experience, and resolving any challenges or inconveniences they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • F&B and Events: Assist with food and beverage services, as well as promote hotel events and activities.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Hotel Experience: Have previous working experience in a hotel environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, preferably MEWS.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate a hospitable attitude, flexibility, and independence.
