Role Overview

The Sales Excellence Manager position is responsible for developing and executing an international sales excellence strategy, promoting desired commercial behavior, and standardizing a global approach. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategy to drive commercial performance
  • Promoting desired commercial behavior and standardizing a global approach
  • Optimizing CRM to streamline account management and lead management
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers across countries to support local businesses with data-driven insights
  • Establishing and monitoring KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards to evaluate and improve sales activities
What We Offer

We offer a one-year contract that will be converted to a permanent contract on good performance. A competitive salary ranging from €70,000 to €100,000 per year, depending on experience, is also included. Additionally, we provide attractive fringe benefits such as a collective pension scheme, holiday allowance, discount on health insurance, travel allowance, and a 13th month within an innovative sustainable organization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment, is required. Excellent analytical skills and experience with Advanced Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), Sharepoint, and SAP-SD are necessary. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both oral and written, in English and Dutch, and preferably in other languages, are also essential.
