Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Account Managers (mid-level/senior) in the Den Haag area who excel at cultivating and sustaining relationships to establish our presence as the premier supplier in the Netherlands. Are you capable of interpreting our strategic vision to appeal to the Dutch hospitality sector? Do you possess robust commercial acumen and aspire to foster the growth of sustainable and profitable partnerships with our hospitality clientele? If so, we would be excited to collaborate with you at Makro.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee your own portfolio of clients, concentrating on both client retention and new business acquisition
- Develop enduring relationships to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
- Strategically formulate account development plans
- Work in conjunction with Sales Support to arrange meetings with clients and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and engage in proactive outreach
Candidate Profile:
- Possesses strong commercial and communication skills
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving capabilities and a collaborative spirit
- Holds relevant experience in a sales capacity
- Experience in the Food Service sector or a related field is advantageous
- Proficient with CRM software
