Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team at Next-Link. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing secure IAM solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Development: Design and implement scalable IAM solutions that align with the organization's security goals, utilizing Microsoft IAM products.
  2. Business Requirements Translation: Engage with business users to understand their requirements and translate these into technical specifications for IAM solutions.
  3. Process Modeling and Debugging: Develop and maintain process models to support and streamline business workflows, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  4. Web Service Integration: Integrate applications with web services effectively, ensuring secure and scalable API configurations and interactions.
  5. Programming and Scripting: Demonstrate proficiency in a major programming language, such as Java or Python, to support application customization and troubleshooting.
  6. IAM and Cybersecurity Collaboration: Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to maintain compliance with IAM best practices and ensure secure access protocols across integrated applications.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Appian BPM for application and process development.
  • Proficient in one major programming language, with the ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies as needed.
  • Solid understanding of IAM principles and experience working with Microsoft IAM products.
  • Knowledgeable in REST, SOAP, and web services integration.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
