Management Assistant

ASML is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Management Assistant to join their team in Veldhoven. As a key member of the Management Support Organisation (MSO), you will provide administrative and organisational support to top managers in a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist top managers in a proactive and organised manner, applying discretion and confidentiality.
- Manage agendas and emails, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Prepare and participate in meetings, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Coordinate facility services, travel arrangements, and project planning.
- Proactively share information and provide feedback to colleagues.
- Relevant completed MBO 4 education or HBO studies as a management assistant or office manager.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English, with Dutch a plus.
- A unique and challenging job at ASML.
- A competitive hourly salary of €20,- (negotiable based on experience).
- 4-weekly payment, vacation money, and flexible start time.
