Devops Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Devops Lead - Azure to join our team at Eneco. As a key member of our Chief Digital Office, you will play a crucial role in accelerating the Energy Transition through agile, cross-functional teams and a strong engineering foundation.
About the Role
- Define and communicate technical strategy for tooling, platforms, and technologies tailored to the needs of various Product Families across Eneco.
- Lead and grow a squad of Platform Engineers, initially focused on the Virtual Power Plant (VPP) Platform Team, with the opportunity to expand into other Product Families in the future.
- Partner with Product Managers to align technical initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless operations within and across teams.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical coaching to your team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Take responsibility for the reliability, scalability, and evolution of the underlying platform and infrastructure, ensuring it supports Dev Ops practices and the company's long-term growth.
- Lead hiring efforts, conduct performance reviews, and support the career growth of your team members to build a high-performing, motivated team.

What We Offer
- Gross annual salary between €91,000 and €140,000.
- Including Flex Budget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role, a bonus or collective profit sharing.

- Hybrid working: You work 40% at the office and 40% at home. The other day you decide what works best for you.
