Senior Investment Solutions Manager

Department
The Investments and Data Technology department is responsible for creating custom applications to support our main investments business processes. Our team works directly under the Value Stream Manager Investments and Data Technology and is a member of the Investments and Data Technology Management Team.
Position & Requirements
We are looking for a skilled and experienced manager to lead our Investments Bespoke Solutions (IBS) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, Agile and DevOps methodologies, and the asset management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IBS team to improve execution and technology skills
- Foster the agile Dev / Ops mindset
- Manage the team budget and priorities
- Business stakeholder management
- Quick resolution of service disruptions
- Operational and HR management
Requirements
- Bachelor degree level (or equivalent)
- Over 5 years of IT project management experience in the asset management industry
- Over 5 years of management experience
- Extensive experience in working in large projects, Agile and DevOps, and of the asset management industry in general
- Good communication skills and a strong personality
- Understanding of micro services architecture and experience in that context
- Ability to lead, motivate, and push a team of skilled software development experts
- Pragmatism and ability to adapt to different management styles
- Ability to speak and write fluently in Dutch and English
