Are you passionate about logistics and supply chain management? Do you have a knack for coordinating complex transportation operations? We're looking for a skilled Fleet Coordinator to join our team at Stolt Tank Containers (STC).

As a Fleet Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing the allocation of tank containers, ensuring efficient inventory management, and collaborating with various stakeholders to execute repositioning and allocations. Your mission will be to navigate the dynamic logistical challenge of managing over 45,000 tank containers in constant motion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with depots, truckers, shipping lines, and agents to execute repositioning and allocations.
  • Decide from which depot or location each approved booking will be served.
  • Collaborate with the regional commercial team to align tank and customer data in the system.
  • Optimize laden and empty moves while adhering to strict safety regulations.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues with the Fleet Manager.
  • Ensure tank status updates are accurately reflected in the STC operational system.
  • Assist the Fleet Manager in monitoring and managing depot inventory levels.

Qualifications:

  • MBO 4 or Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Tank Containers specifications is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Dutch, German, or French is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and hands-on mentality.
