About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Courier Coordinator in Rotterdam. As a key contact for our 'Scoober' fleet, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our courier services.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Courier Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact for our couriers, providing support and assistance with any issues or queries they may have. This includes ensuring they have all the necessary equipment and information to perform their duties effectively.

You'll also be responsible for communicating with colleagues across the business, exchanging information and coordinating logistics to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in a relevant role, such as shift leader or floor manager;
  • Experience of working in a team environment;
  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal with a range of couriers;
  • Able to work on irregular shifts, including weekends and evenings.
