Job Purpose & Primary Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Coordinator - Key Accounts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our key account clients.
- Day-to-Day Operations: You will respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process & Quality Management: You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions meet our high standards of quality and service, and that all processes and transactions are compliant with company rules and regulations.
- Communication & Collaboration: You will work closely with our customer administration team, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Digital Adoption: You will support our digital transformation by utilizing and promoting our e-commerce platform and self-service tools, and seeking ways to apply our tech enablers to your area of specialization.
- Enhance Service to Customers: You will ensure that all KPIs and standard operating procedures are met or followed, and that you actively improve effectiveness and productivity.
- Ensure Correct Invoicing: You will ensure that all invoices are accurate and complete, and that all costs are recovered in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Customer-Focused: You will be customer-focused and have a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Flexibility and Creativity: You will be flexible and able to think creatively to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Technical Skills: You will have strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.
- Language Skills: You will have excellent language skills, including English and Dutch.
- Team Player: You will be a team player and able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
