Are you an experienced Compliance Officer with a strong background in asset management? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of regulatory frameworks at APG Asset Management? We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and has expertise in maintaining policies, procedures, and guidelines.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in setting up and maintaining the Compliance framework, advising stakeholders on regulatory requirements, participating in projects, and providing training. You will be responsible for navigating complex regulatory challenges, assessing communications and product proposals, and contributing to the standardization of working methods within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain regulatory frameworks and policiesAdvising stakeholders on regulatory requirements and implementationParticipating in projects and providing trainingMaintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practicesRequirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Accountancy, Economics, Finance, or related fieldAt least 8 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in asset management and ComplianceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFull professional proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are an advantageBenefits:
