Job Summary:

The Customer Service Medewerker will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service & Repair department, including maintaining accurate records, processing service orders, and communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Service & Repair department, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information and service agreements.
  • Process service orders, verify information, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Communicate with other departments and suppliers to resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement or warehouse to ensure adequate stock.
  • Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on any payment issues.
Requirements:
  • MBO diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a service department of an international company.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work accurately, maintain attention to detail, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Dutch and English languages.
