At Bristol Myers Squibb, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in our warehouse.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse Standard Operating Procedures, work practices, and other relevant documentation in compliance with cGMP requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a related role, preferably in a GMP environment.
  • 5+ years of advanced People manager experience and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics in a GMP/pharmaceutical environment.
