Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator to join our team at Lotti's. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the seamless running of our restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service.

Lotti's is a bustling neighborhood restaurant that offers an internationally inspired brasserie-style cuisine with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Our restaurant is a popular spot for both locals and visitors alike, and we are looking for someone who can help us maintain our high standards of service and quality.

As a Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that all stock is properly stored and rotated.
  • Cash Control: Ensuring that all cash transactions are accurately recorded and that all cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Restaurant Operations: Assisting with the setup and maintenance of the restaurant, including cleaning, decorating, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to all guests, including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
  • Team Support: Assisting with the training and development of other team members, including providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cash control procedures.
