About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Engineer to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a key member of our energy engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales managers during client meetings, providing insights into challenges and proposing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team of engineers, project managers, and bid managers to oversee projects from conception to commissioning.
  • Develop solutions that facilitate the shift to renewable energy sources in industrial settings.
  • Apply expertise in electrical drive systems to innovate and optimize energy solutions.
  • Support the development of energy generation and storage systems, automation, and digitalization.
  • Work on-site, including international travel, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Power Electronics, or Sustainable Energy.
  • Proficiency in large electrical drive systems, covering HV-MV distribution, transformers, converters, harmonic filters, cooling systems, and electric motors.
  • Passion or experience in fields like electrification, energy generation and storage systems, automation, and digitalization.
  • A flexible and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to work on-site, including international travel.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • 10-15 years of relevant professional experience.
