About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Engineer to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. in Zoeterwoude. As a key member of our energy engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that facilitate the shift to renewable energy sources in industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement electrical drive systems for energy generation and storage, covering HV-MV distribution, transformers, converters, harmonic filters, cooling systems, and electric motors.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales managers to provide insights into challenges and propose innovative solutions during client meetings.
  • Oversee projects from conception to commissioning, working closely with a tight-knit team of engineers, project managers, and bid managers.
  • Lead the charge in Europe's energy transition by developing solutions that support the shift to renewable energy sources.
  • Apply your expertise in electrical drive systems to innovate and optimize energy solutions.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Power Electronics, or Sustainable Energy.
  • Proficiency in large electrical drive systems, covering HV-MV distribution, transformers, converters, harmonic filters, cooling systems, and electric motors.
  • Passion or experience in fields like electrification, energy generation and storage systems, automation, and digitalization.
  • A flexible and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to work on-site, including international travel.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • 10-15 years of relevant professional experience.
