Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work in the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Take, prepare, and serve orders, varying from cocktails to coffees to breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to our hotel standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the fridges, dishes, and overall bar and restaurant furniture.
  • Keep up to date on all F&B trends to deliver exceptional service and stay competitive in the market.
  • Act as the 'Host' of Keuken & Bar, following company procedures and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • A valid residence and working permit for the Netherlands is required.
  • English speaking: Dutch is not mandatory.
  • Enthusiasm and a true team player.
  • Friendly and service-oriented.
  • Willing to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
