This role will perform a wide range of tasks in the Office management area by managing business travel, ensuring smooth daily office operations, coordinating with external suppliers, assisting in projects, maintaining policies, preparing reports and documents but will also participating in procurement activities.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained office environment, including coordination of the reception. Additionally, they will manage business travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and liaise with departments to ensure smooth processes. The role will also involve planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the office environment to ensure it remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in projects and maintain policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and documents as required.
  • Participate in procurement activities to support the department.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will require 4-5 years of experience in corporate services, office management or procurement, and a Bachelor degree in office management or procurement. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, both written and spoken.
