Global Integration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Integration Analyst to join our Technical Services department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in launching top brands onto our Network by providing exceptional technical support during the integration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed and thorough technical integration support to clients, including acting as a liaison between the client's marketing and technical teams.
  • Isolate errors quickly and provide feedback on possible solutions.
  • Negotiate and objection handle below-standard setups that do not align with team targets.
  • Contribute to the monthly Integration Team targets, which are incentivized on over-performance.
  • Review fellow team members' work for technical sign-off.
  • Report technical issues/bugs with the platform and escalate as necessary.
  • Administer a knowledge base used internally and externally.
  • Provide high-level training to internal colleagues.
  • Test new developments and features.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English (to C1+ level).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Strong communication skills, ideally with customer service experience.
  • Ability to understand web languages such as basic HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and ideally PHP.
  • Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and their use.
  • Strives to continually improve productivity and quality of work produced.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter.
  • Understands the importance of processes and procedures and their application.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team.
