Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain our CRM Salesforce in optimal condition as a dedicated Salesforce expert.
  • Promptly address incoming requests from end-users.
  • Operate within agile methodologies and participate in daily scrums.
  • Fortify our organization by managing all CRM integrations.
  • Utilize your analytical abilities to comprehend the logic behind our CRM and its best application for the business.
  • Develop and implement new processes based on your insights or colleague requests.
  • Engage in projects as an IT authority, providing guidance to various departments.
  • Tackle challenges proactively and persistently until a suitable solution is found for all parties involved.
Qualifications:

This position is ideal for you if you possess:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.
  • Experience with Salesforce API and third-party tool integrations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Sales Cloud.
  • Basic skills in Apex coding.
  • Familiarity with CPQ.
  • A collaborative spirit with a proactive approach, thriving in a service-oriented team.
  • An understanding of stakeholder requirements across Sales, Product Support, and Finance.
  • Strong technical and organizational skills.
  • Awareness of cross-functional dependencies.
  • Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud (Pardot).
  • Knowledge of AI applications within Salesforce and beyond.
  • Experience with Business Central (ERP).
