We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our WPS Canada team in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth of our company by executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer outreach programs to promote WPS technology innovations and drive sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and prospecting to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including advertising materials, promotional programs, public relations, and website content development.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of our B2B social media marketing program to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Support the preparation and execution of marketing plans for industry trade organizations, including identifying opportunities for WPS to exhibit and attend industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Assist in the preparation of WPS proposal packages and quotations in response to formal Request For Proposals and Tender opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and presentation skills in both oral and written English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum University Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Working knowledge of website software development tools and social media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business-to-business inside sales related to enterprise software solutions.
  • Digital marketing program certification.
  • Bilingual (French and English languages).
  • Previous experience working in the parking access & revenue control business or a related industry.
  • Industry experience with website development and content management, social media campaigns, and Enterprise level Customer Relationship Management tools.
