Senior Global Product Support Specialist

The Role
Lam Research is seeking a highly skilled Product Support Engineer to join our Global Support team. As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal teams, ensuring that our products are used effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new products and services.
- Travel up to 30% to support customers and attend training sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience developing, manufacturing or supporting capital equipment.
- High tech background with relevant industry experience.
- Familiarity with working in a semiconductor fabs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to represent Lam by creating material and expertly presenting technical findings to customer and support teams.
- Leadership of cross functional problem solving teams in high priority escalations, containing problems and delivering proven, tested solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs and deadlines.
