Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days of paid holiday per year, access to Udemy and Cognizant Academy digital libraries for continuous learning, and a laptop and smartphone, we also provide a pension scheme and NS business card to cover your commute expenses.

Job Description

As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Becoming a Workday HCM expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, and touchpoints with Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, and Integrations.
  • Leveraging your expertise to recommend the best solution based on the client's requirements, budget, and timeframe, with the flexibility to adapt the scope as additional needs are identified.
  • Guiding the customer through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the customer's unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, HRIS, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English language skills is mandatory.
  • 2-8 years' experience implementing enterprise-class ERP or SaaS solutions (Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.), highly desired.
  • Experience in designing HR processes, collecting and validating business requirements, and designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying HCM solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • 2-8 years Subject Matter Expertise in Human Resources, including business processes, job catalogues, organizational structures, staffing models, and employee lifecycles.
  • Passion for exceptional customer service, strong general consulting, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • 2+ years of Workday functional implementation experience, highly desired.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
