Conference Product Development Opportunity

The Conference department from Bosch Security and Safety Systems is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join their team. As a key member, you will be responsible for assessing and consolidating departmental information from various platforms to identify redundancies and streamline administrative, documentation, and marketing processes. Your tasks will include developing and implementing a unified system or platform to organize and centralize information, ensuring efficient access and management across all activities. Additionally, you will coordinate with team members to update and standardize documentation and communication materials, and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all departmental channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and consolidate departmental information from various platforms to identify redundancies and streamline administrative, documentation, and marketing processes;
- Develop and implement a unified system or platform to organize and centralize information, ensuring efficient access and management across all activities;
- Coordinate with team members to update and standardize documentation and communication materials, and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all departmental channels.

Requirements:
- Currently studying Computer Science or a similar direction;
- Experience working with Microsoft 365;
- HTML programming abilities;
- Ability to collaborate across multiple discipline teams;
- Proficient in English and Dutch verbal and written;
- Available for the minimum internship period of 6 months, preferably longer;
- Willing to work at our office in Eindhoven;
- Based in the Netherlands, preferably in Eindhoven.
