Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Ambassador

At Hilton Amsterdam, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding guest service with a focus on anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure that all service standards and Hilton policies are maintained.
  • Active promotion of in-house sales by providing excellent knowledge of our services and offerings.
  • Usage of cash system, booking, and posting of all transactions.
  • Full knowledge of the regular menu, promotional menus, wine lists, and any other promotions in place.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in drinks and preparation techniques.
  • Compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a waiter role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with Dutch speaking skills preferred.
  • Good knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wines.
  • Availability to work both during the week and the weekend for early and late shifts.
