Facilitaire ondersteuning

Als conciërge bij Luba ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de reparaties van onze gebouwen, terreinen, installaties, apparatuur en inventaris. Je werkt nauw samen met twee andere conciërges en speelt een belangrijke rol in het dagelijks functioneren van onze school. De werkzaamheden zijn:

  • Beheren en controleren van de inventaris en het gebouw
  • Ondersteuning bieden op facilitair en audiovisueel gebied
  • Zorgdragen voor een veilige en nette omgeving voor onze leerlingen en medewerkers
  • Vastleggen van administratieve gegevens en technische taken
  • Uitvoeren van inkoopopdrachten
