Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Leid en coördineer het volledige proces van productontwikkeling
  • Motiveer multidisciplinaire teams door jouw ondernemende aanpak
  • Zorg voor de naleving van kwaliteitsnormen en regelgevende vereisten
  • Skakel tussen meerdere projecten en zorg ervoor dat de juiste projecten de benodigde aandacht krijgen
  • Definieer de rol en verantwoordelijkheden van deelnemers om optimaal gebruik te maken van hun vaardigheden en capaciteiten
  • Leid projectteams en bewaak schema's, mijlpalen, budgetten en processen
  • Coördineer nieuwe initiatieven en projecten om de winstgevendheid in NPD binnen de categorie kinderzitjes te verbeteren
