Project Manager - Power Conversion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic team in Eindhoven as a Project Manager specializing in Power Conversion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects in the semiconductor market, emerging energy sectors such as hydrogen, and medical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and sales, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective contingency plans as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and addressing any concerns or feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, specifically in the field of Power Conversion, ideally within the semiconductor, renewable energy, or medical device industries.
  • Strong technical background in power electronics, converters, inverters, and related technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
