We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR internship candidate to support our team in the planning and delivery of global HR&O communication and events. As an HR intern, you will play a crucial role in building our HR&O community and supporting our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Event Support: Manage tasks such as requesting quotes from suppliers, scheduling calls, and supporting the organization of events from start to finish.
- Communication Coordination: Assist in coordinating HR communication activities, developing engaging communication materials, organizing and taking part in key communication meetings. Monitor effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Project Assistance: Support a new HR&O initiative from a project management perspective and help set up a Community Journey within HR.
- Bachelor/HBO or master student in HR, Communications, Event Management, or similar.
- Excellent communication, fluent in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently, and build and maintain a network and relationships.
- Show initiative, flexibility, and enjoy working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Excellent planning and organizing abilities, and the ability to keep the overview.
